Hi, I'm Johanna.

I help women understand their cycles, improve hormonal health and reconnect with their bodies through evidence-informed coaching and fertility awareness education.

My approach combines nutrition, nervous system regulation, lifestyle, emotional wellbeing and body literacy to create lasting change.

Everything you bring with you is welcome. My goal is to create a calm, safe space where you feel supported, understood and empowered.

Irregular cycles • PMS

“I had quite irregular periods and very strong PMS symptoms. Every period looked different but I've managed to identify that stress can play a big role in it and PMS symptoms have decreased since. My cycle length has also decreased from 40 days to shorter cycle lengths. During this coaching, my mindset and view on my period has completely shifted. Before I saw it like a 5-day inconvenience that I need to adapt into my calendar, but now instead of frustration and physical pain I see it as my cycle as my calendar in itself and a way to be connected with my body and give it what it needs.
I feel more empowered with my decisions, it feels good to say no and take rest when I need it. I have learned to look for balance, create routines that work for me and most importantly not to expect the same every time, I trust my body to know best.
I always felt safe to share, cared for and listened to. The focus also on shifted certain negative language and terminology helped a lot to reframe certain things. It was a great experience!”
